Return/Refund Conditions

1. Items received within 14 days.

2. Items returned must be unopened or in good condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been opened, damaged, or altered in any way.

3. We do not accept returned items that are sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

4. The after-sale warranty is 14 days upon receiving the parcel(according to the logistic information).

Return/Refund Process

Step 1: 
Please email [email protected] : your name, order number, and reason.
Step 2:
Place the item(s) in the original packing.
Returning the product is allowed if the packaging is in good condition and the product is not opened so that it does not influence the second sale
Step 3:
Please provide tracking number and website for tracking the logistic info after you return the parcel to us
Step 4:
We will check the parcel whether in good condition or not once we receive the returned parcel and then we will handle the refund to your account in accordance with the return conditions.


1.We do not accept cancellations without reasonable reasons.

2. We do not accept cancellation of orders after the goods have been shipped

3. If you want to cancel the order, please contact us within 2 hours when you place orders. If the package has been sent, we are sorry that do not accept order cancellation.

The following situations require the buyer to bear the logistics costs.

1. Delivery failed due to incorrect address filled in when ordering.

2. Request to change the delivery address during parcel transportation.

3. The package was successfully delivered, but it was not received due to other reasons.

4. Due to buyer's own reasons (eg.not at home/did not answer the phone) parcel delivery failed, we are no longer provide free delivery.
